During the 2024 tax season, I had the opportunity to work as an Accounting/Tax Season Intern at MB Advisors CPA, where I gained invaluable experience in tax preparation and accounting practices. In this fast-paced role, I collaborated closely with other accountants and the firms partners to assist in organizing and managing client and business financial data, preparing tax returns, and communicating with clients.

My responsibilities included reviewing client documents for accuracy, entering data into accounting software, and conducting preliminary analyses of financial statements. This hands-on experience enhanced my understanding of tax laws and financial reporting while honing my attention to detail and analytical skills.

One of the highlights of my internship was the chance to interact with clients directly, addressing their inquiries and providing support throughout the tax preparation process. This not only improved my communication skills but also reinforced my commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
